Ms. Aishath Fizleen
(Vice President, Employment Tribunal)
Miss Aishath Fizleen was appointed as a member of Tribunal on 11th May 2015. Prior to the appointment she has worked at Thilafushi Corporation as an Assistant Manager and she has also worked at other Government offices, that include Ministry of Defense and National Security and Disaster management Center. She has achieved her first degree in Business Administration (Human resource) at Heriot Watt University, England. Ms. Fizleen has also participated in different trainings relate to labour and other areas.
Ms. Mariyam Shamma Ibrahim
Ms. Mariyam Shamma Ibrahim has been appointed as a tribunal member on 7th January 2014. She has prior experience of working in Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) and Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC). She has also worked as a board of director of Maldives Airports Company Limited. Ms. Shamma Ibrahim holds Master in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia and graduated as a “TOP graduating student”. She holds her first degree in Business Management from Bangalore University, India. She has also participated in different workshops, seminar and trainings related to labour and other areas.
Ms. Mariyam Rishfa
Ms. Mariyam Rsihfa was appointed as a member of Employment Tribunal on 7th August 2016. Prior to the appointment as a Member of Tribunal, she has experience in Education Sector as a qualified teacher at Center for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Part Time lecturer at Maldives National University(MNU) and guest lecturer at College of Islamic Studies, Leading Teacher at Maldivian Education and Cultural Centre(MECC) in Srilanka. Moreover, she has contributed her service in other areas in education sector and Ministry of Education (Moe) Ms. Rishfa holds Master’s Degree in Shari’a and Law, Honors degree in Bachelors of Islamic Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Education. In addition to those, she works as a facilitator for teacher’s professional development and carry out Seminars, research works and works shops in area of Islamic studies.
